Create HDR images in Lightroom using HDR preset
Everybody wants to make their jobs easier. People love shortcuts since it makes things easier. Anyway, while thinking about making some useful contents on my blog, Lightroom presets came to my mind. It struck me while I was processing a photograph in Lightroom. It took some time for me to process that photograph. I wished I had a preset, so that, I can make the image in just one single click. After working on that image, I made a preset of that workflow, which, is, fairly simple, by the way.
Here, you can download the HDR preset, I made, for free! Everybody likes free stuffs, too, I know.
Check out our post on how to install presets in lightroom.[freebiesub download=”http://shutterstoppers.com/downloads/Lightroom%204_HDR%20preset_by_vidhu.zip”]
I hope you find it useful and speed up your workflow.
NOTE: This works for Lightroom 4 only. So you should have a Lightroom version 4 or higher to use this one. Lightroom 4 is capable of making stunning ‘HDR-like’ images from a single raw file. So it gives good results. You need to apply it before loading your camera profile in Lightroom. It works best if your photograph is good. It may not work well if you are using it on a photograph which has blown out highlights or underexposed foreground. So capture the image properly, and then apply this preset for best results. After applying it, adjust the shadow, highlights, white, black sliders based on your image.
