Creative Still Life Photography Tips

Still life photography is capturing inanimate objects by arranging them in various ways. Most people underestimate this genre of photography, as it is mundane or something easy to do. But, infact, it is just the opposite. Light has the ultimate role in still life photography. It gives a mood to the inanimate objects making it interesting to look at. The essential ingredients of a good still life photograph are — Good lighting and a simple backdrop ( free of distractions)

Anyway, that’s not what I wanted to share with you in this post. I have found an excellent video on creative still life photography. So I thought I should share it with you.

In this video, Mark Wallace  is giving us some tips to take creative still life photographs. I am sure this video will help you to sharpen your skills.

    I am glad you have mentioned a video here in this post along with some photo shots. Still life photography is simple but if the photographer is creative enough then that simple scene can look uniquely beautiful.
